Rick’s Custom Fencing and Decking has been providing an exciting place for people to start their long-term careers for over 40 years. Our average employee has been with us for well over 10 years, with many that have been here since nearly the beginning! Everyone we hire has the potential to move up in the company, in fact ¾ of our store managers and corporate staff started in entry-level positions and worked their way up.

Crews are put together in pairs as a lead and a helper/apprentice.

We are able to train you to build fences, decks, and patio covers. You bring your willingness to learn, and we will give you the tools and know how to do every job.
