This latest award joins Rick’s other 2022 recognition as a top workplace. Earlier this year, we were awarded the silver award for Best Place to Work at the Best of Willamette Valley awards. These awards, which are voted on by employees and customers, recognize outstanding businesses in the Salem area and greater Central Willamette Valley.
