We were honored to be contacted by Make-A-Wish Oregon at the end of August 2020 about a special wish for a boy in Sherwood, OR. His wish was simple: To have a more accessible backyard so he could spend more time outside watching his brother play. Tennyson, 5, has end stage lung disease and heart failure meaning his time with his family is incredibly precious, so we sprang into action to complete this wish as quickly as possible. In just 6 weeks from the time we were contacted by Make-A-Wish, we completed a full deck, rail, and patio cover build creating an incredibly livable outdoor space for Tennyson and his family, along with a brand new expanded fence line almost doubling the size of their yard. The whole build was done with the help of our staff that volunteered their time and our vendors who donated all of the product used to build this project for Tennyson and his family!
