Schedule of events: 
  • If you are staying overnight at the Marriott, please arrive to the hotel no later than 4:30pm for valet parking (included with your stay) and check-in
  • Arrival and cocktail hour 5:00-6:00pm
  • Dinner starts at 6:00pm
  • Casino open from 8:00pm – 10:00
  • Music and dancing until 10:00pm
  • By 10:30pm casino event winners will be announced and last call

Important Party Info!

Can I bring a guest?

Absolutely, please bring a plus one, but the minimum age for attendees should be 18. Please no kids or uninvited guests at the party.

How to book my complimentary room?

Room reservation deadline has passed, if you need a room, please contact [email protected] no later than December 4th!

Click Make Reservation, select the event dates (only the 10th-11th will be available).
Enter your credit card information for incidentals and any room service charges, your room and tax will be covered. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE ROOM. 
Save your confirmation email for check-in.

Note: If you would like to add a night to your stay or request a specific type of room, complete the steps to reserve your room for the 10th and then call the Portland Downtown Marriott directly to revise your completed reservation.

What should I wear?

This event is Christmas Party formal.
Men – Slacks and nice shirts or appropriate Christmas themed attire. Tie optional, but please no jeans or shorts.
Women – Dresses encouraged or comfortable evening wear. This is your chance to break out that fancy party dress or evening gown from the back of your closet! Expert suggestion: Bring a change of shoes if you want to get down on the dance floor!!

How does the casino night work?

No cash required!
Each person will get a $500 bill to start.
Take your “cash” to the table of your choice and they will break it in to chips. Once you have your chips hold on to them throughout the night and at the end you will trade them in for raffle tickets. The more chips you end with, the more raffle entries you’ll have. With your raffle tickets, you’ll be able to put those toward the prize of your choice. Prizes will be announced at the end of the evening, you do not have to be present to win if you decide to leave before the announcement.

What’s for dinner?

We’ll have a Christmas Dinner buffet complete with a Prime Rib Carving stations and all your favorite holiday foods! Vegetarian options available, for strict dietary restrictions contact Taylor Pawley ahead of time.
