Impact NW Household Drive Starts Now!
Rick’s Fencing is proud to announce our Impact NW household item drive starts on Thursday, May 25th. Our employees are donating essential household supplies that can make the difference when people are struggling. Rick’s volunteers will create kits with these home goods, cleaning products, and personal hygiene items to help the families being supported by Impact NW.
About Impact NW
Impact NW’s mission is to prevent homelessness. Over the last 60 years, they have served the community during our greatest challenges. Right now, they are on the frontlines of the housing and homelessness crisis and pandemic recovery. Impact NW works with 22,000 people each year in the Portland Metro area to find and maintain stable housing and access a range of services so families can thrive. The items provided in the kits we create include common essentials that many of us take for granted yet add stability to the lives of people in extreme need.
“We are grateful to our partners at Rick’s Custom Fencing and Decking. This dedicated team and company rally every year to support Impact NW and our most vulnerable neighbors. At a time in our community where we find ourselves wondering “what can I do?”, Rick’s dedicated staff show up and make their impact in the community by offering their generous support to help keep families housed and accessing essential resources. We are grateful for their loyal support and look forward to honoring their impact in the community at our annual May event.”
